The following Code of conduct was adopted for Directors meetings as of 17th October, 2015.  A motion was put forward for the code of conduct to be adopted and adapted overtime for all General and Annual General Meetings from 7th November, 2015 and beyond.

 

Darug Tribal Aboriginal Corporation Strike 3 Policy - Consequences

 

  • Reminded of the code of conduct Helpful/Harmful behaviour (identified in list & referred to)

  • Verbal Warning to Director/Member and acknowledged by the Board/Members

  • Asked to leave the meeting

 

Further to the 3 strike policy;

If you do not leave the meeting, the proper authorities will be called with the meeting adjourning and relocating to isolate the Director/Member causing the inappropriate behaviour.

NOTE:  If more than one Director/Member at one time (collectively), the same rules apply.
